Should a guy with a small penis assume women would not want casual sex with him?

If he has a chance to have a one night stand or other casual sex should he worry that he will disappoint them and pass up on it even thought he wants it?

No. As a girl I can truthfully say that the vast majority of us don't care as much as guys think and we can often be self conscious about our bodies too. Act confident and don't think about it.
