Arrested, Come, back, Canada

If I have sex in Canada will I be arrested when I come back to the USA?

I'm 16, I'm from Montana, I live near the Canadian border my girlfriend and I want to have sex, but I really love the USA and don't want to break any laws you have to be 18 in Montana to have sex but only 16 in Canada, I want to join the Marines too so I don't want a criminal record.
My dad said it was 18, oh well I'm legal lol.

Yes you will be arrested when you come back. You can't cross borders to get more favorable laws when it comes to sex. You may even be charged with kidnapping. Try showing respect, something you'd be forced to learn in the Marines, and keep it in your pants instead.
